The history of the Jesse Bigras Team in the Outaouais region is closely linked to the evolution of the real estate market between Quebec and Ontario.

Led by Jesse Bigras, the team was built around a simple vision: to offer real estate support capable of meeting the unique reality of the Ottawa–Gatineau region, where many buyers, sellers, and investors conduct transactions across both provinces. A graduate of the Université de Montréal and a holder of real estate licenses in both Quebec and Ontario, Jesse Bigras has built a team specializing in interprovincial transactions and bilingual service.

Over the years, the team has expanded its service area to cover the entire Outaouais region, including Gatineau, Aylmer, Hull, Buckingham, Chelsea, Cantley, Montebello, Maniwaki, and several municipalities in the Gatineau Valley and Papineau. Its approach is based on personalized support for both residential and commercial properties.

A major milestone in this history was reached in January 2026 when Jesse Bigras became the franchise owner and leader of groupe sutton – GO in Gatineau. This new agency was created to meet the growing needs of the interprovincial real estate market. The name “GO” stands for Gatineau–Ottawa, reflecting the team’s mission: to provide unified real estate expertise on both sides of the Ottawa River.

Today, the Jesse Bigras Team is part of the growth of groupe sutton – GO, an organization that brings together more than 100 brokers and agents across Quebec and Ontario operations. Its slogan, “One team, two provinces”, illustrates its specialization in transactions between the Outaouais and Ottawa.
